We are looking for a Team Leader, CNC Machining Center Programmer employee to join our company.
We need an employee who feels at home in a small company environment, likes to work in a team and has a managerial attitude.

The employee's management tasks:

• Coordinating the daily activities of 8-10 CNC programmers and machine operators, and providing professional mentoring.
• Active participation in the quotation process, such as e.g. contribution to the development of manufacturing technologies, running CAM simulations for time calculation.

In addition to management tasks, participation in daily production processes:

• Manufacture of unique and small series parts based on drawings, on 3/5-axis machining centers. Programming - Machine setup - Operation
• In detail: determination of the necessary technology based on drawings, machine tooling, tool calibration, program writing, production of first pieces or smaller series.
• For unique and small series, even several different parts can be produced daily!

Competencies:

• Min. 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming or experience in the field of custom CNC milling,
• Minimum vocational qualification or full-time vocational school,
• CNC machine operator and programmer qualification,
• Knowledge of Fanuc or Siemens programming language,
• Knowledge of CAM system (e.g. EdgeCam),
• Appropriate material, machine, tool and manufacturing knowledge,
• Professional dedication, creativity and independent work,
• Precision, good communication skills,
• Suitable for teamwork,
• Good load capacity.

Type of employment: 8-hour reported employment, 1 shift (06:00-14:20)
