Development of machining processes

Did you know that some aluminum alloys have the strength and other properties of some steels, while being significantly lighter? This is especially important today, as environmental impact, decreasing fossil fuels, and more economical operating conditions are among the most important issues of our time!

The processing and other handling of these new raw materials, however, poses a challenge to manufacturing companies; only those that can produce products of impeccable quality and on time, while constantly decreasing production costs, can survive in the market.Our company has examined the latest and most important aluminum raw materials within the framework of a research and development project and determined their optimal processing by machining, preparation for surface treatment, surface treatment and coloring (anodizing), and then the post-treatment of aluminum oxide surfaces by laser marking and engraving.The results of the R&D project are made available in the form of a three-part professional article, the first publication of which can be read here:
