Mónika Várszegi:
- Dual training is a form of secondary vocational training in which vocational training in educational institutions - schools, and at labor market actors, i.e. companies, firms, takes place in parallel and complements each other.
How long is the Study Contract?
- For students with whom we conclude a contract for the academic period, it lasts for 1, 2, or 3 years, depending on the profession. The contract is valid until the professional exam.
How many people can you accept?
- Our company can train a maximum of 7 people per year.
Where and how long does the student stay?
- The student alternates between spending 5 or 3 days at school and 5 or 7 days at the company (this may vary depending on the profession), with the former receiving theoretical training and the latter receiving practical training.
How is the grading done?
- The company gives 1 grade for professional practice on a monthly basis. This grade is made up of several factors, such as the student's attitude, diligence, and performance. The grade is recommended by the company employee who worked with the student. In addition to monthly grades, students also receive semester and year-end grades.
Are there other, shorter-term vocational training opportunities at your company?
- Yes, we also accept students for mandatory summer internships.

Bálint József Török:
- My experience is that only 1-2 people out of 10 are conscious and choose a vocational school with a specific idea of what they want to be. They usually follow their friends, or choose based on parental "pressure" or example. Some people decide based on their academic grades, and therefore their opportunities.
Once they enter the institution, they decide during their studies whether they want to stay in the profession or continue on a different path. The Company also has a great responsibility here, as it also depends on them to what extent they succeed in making the students love the profession.
How "big" a task do you feel this is?
- The average age of our staff is around 30-35 years old, it can be said that the team is young and the atmosphere is good. The students can feel closer to them, the atmosphere is relaxed.
At the same time, this is still a workplace, and accordingly we view the student as a co-worker. Moreover, everyone has their own identifier in our production management system and must block their daily presence and completed activities in the same way as full-time colleagues. We expect them to perform the tasks assigned to them efficiently and qualitatively. Some people find this natural, while others find it more difficult. However, we believe that this is the only way to prepare them for the world of "Work".
What level can they reach during their internship?
- I usually call them together for a short conversation before the start of each school year. Here I usually say that the knowledge they acquire almost entirely depends on themselves. We give you every opportunity to leave us as a qualified professional (or even stay with us as a full-time employee after completing your studies), with the knowledge to be able to program CNC independently. We provide all the help you need, including manuals, a computer, a simulation environment for writing CNC programs, etc. More than one of our students has won or been a finalist in a national professional competition. All you need to do is be interested in the profession, want to develop, and put your energy into it.
Since our students are assigned to work alongside their colleagues in a live production environment, they can absorb unique, small-batch, variable production tasks 8 hours a day. If they want to, right...
From the high number of applications and the feedback we receive from schools, we can see that students love us, they are happy to come and return to us (to acquire a new profession). Our goal is for our students to love the profession they have chosen and to be able to prove the knowledge they have acquired with us in successful exams!
